Professional Background

Gaynor started her career as a Money Market Dealer in Merchant Banking in South Africa.  She then went on to work in Oil & Gas for 15 years in Europe, Asia and Australia, mainly using her skill set as a Commercial Negotiator and a Change Agent.  When she moved to Asia she re-invented herself and embarked on an 8 year career in Investment Banking, starting as the CAO to the Finance division and ending up as Head of Human Resources.  See more of Gaynor’s professional experience on LinkedIn.
